- Gehzeit: ca. 20 Minuten
- Backzeit: ca. 25 Minuten
- Gesamtzeit: ca. 55 Minuten

- Das Brot nach dem Backen kurz in der Form abkühlen lassen, dann auf ein Abkühlrost vollständig auskühlen lassen.
- Sobald es abgekühlt ist, das Brot in Scheiben schneiden und nach Belieben genießen.
