- Heize den Ofen auf 170°C vor und fette die Kuchenform leicht ein.
- Schlage die Eier mit dem Zucker in einer großen Schüssel, bis die Mischung schaumig und hell ist.
- Reibe die Orange und füge die Schale zur Ei-Zucker-Mischung hinzu.
